What a big family for Raya.
Thanks for the rendang recipe. My daughter was sceptic about it since there was no curry powder being used as she was using Mak Siti's ready made ingredient. I was insistent that we use your recipe as it is except for the additional 'daun limau purut' and the 'kerisek' to add some ooomph to it. It was definitely a great rendang. Everybody who loves the hot taste of chili padi enjoyed it.
