this is something light to enjoy...nice with lightly toasted bread or garlic bread......
Ingredients:-
1 Indian mango - chopped
3 medium tomato - seeded and chopped
1 onion - chopped
3 cloves of garlic - minced
1 red chili - seeded and chop
lime juice of 1 and 1/2 lime
salt
2 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves
mix all the ingredients and put it in the fridge at least for 30 minutes.....enjoy
