Ultra Choc Chip Cake and the gadget





















the oven for my baking needs. I have this since 2000, and has been very good to me. No bad baking for me unless i forgot about it he he.........

Zaitgha, that's my weakest weakness - choc cake!!! eee...menggoda betol!! And that's also my poorest skill - baking!! kuang kuang kuang...!!!

Bestnya kek tu.I ni dah lama tak bake choc cake. Malas betul la sekarang ni.
Hei..I pun pakai oven macam tu. Dah lama sangat pakai , tapi masih o.k lagi eventhough semua tulisan kat oven tu dah terhapus...masih berjasa lagi oven tu.berbaloi!

Does your camera have a "warm" setting? I saw this tip on the net and it makes my photos much better. Anyways, the choc cake looks really yummylicious as it is!

where have you been? long time no see he he...when i clean the oven i tried to go easy on the writings but byk yg dah hilang tiang or ekor pun ha ha ha....we are entitled to be malas once in awhile...

for people like me who has very 'keras tangan' simple technique like that is a God send ha ha ha...just lightly touch the tip of the spatula at the edge of the cake, run the spatula gently curving into the middle of the cake...i am sure someone like you will master it at no time ....

its Europa, if you double click the picture you can see how very 'used' the oven is and the model...am sure they have the latest with rotating grill and all...and yup its sturdy and still working good since 2000...if you see above comments, Azian is using the same brand...thanks for the visit
