zai,

i love tepung pelita.
we usually have them for any khenduri that we have. of course-lah, we don't make them..it comes with the menu.

i have been buying tepung pelita from Puteri Restaurant in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, of late.
sedap.

thanks for the recipe although I don't see myself making them. Maybe I'll get my step-mum to make them.

aaah.... Ramadhan...feels like baru semalam kita bangun sahur..

zai,
The tepung pelita in Kelantan is too sweet even for my Kelantan taste bud. If you have a tepung pelita a day thats more than enough for your sugar needs for the day. I suggest you go slow on the sugar and use 'secukup rasa' as the guide to suit your taste. But what is tepung pelita if the bottom part is not comprised of a sugar solution?
